Can I see a price list?
All our prices and quantities are available live on the site.

Can I amend / cancel my order?
Orders can not be amended but they can be cancelled, get in touch as soon as possible since we aim to prepare and dispatch orders quickly it may have already been dispatched in which case please review our returns policy, however if we have not begun preparing your order yet it can be cancelled for a restocking fee of 25dhs deducted from your refund.

I sampled one of your coffees but when I came online to order a carton it was gone, what happened?
We operate on a first come first served basis, it’s likely the coffee has now sold out. We recommend you cup samples soon after they arrive to avoid disappointment.

Can I reserve some coffee with you and order it in a month or so?
Our coffee is sold first come first served, we can hold your coffee with a 50% deposit

Can you palletise my order?
Yes you can, additional fees apply

Do you offer a discount on larger orders?
If you intend to order by pallet get in touch and we can talk through the options.

Why do you charge for samples?
We didn’t want to build sampling into our kilo prices since some roasters might only buy one or two kilos - The charge covers the beans and staff time.

How much do your samples cost?
Regular coffee samples 10dhs each.

Do you offer roasted samples?
Yes. We appreciate not everyone has access to a sample roaster and want to be inclusive. Please bear in mind you will get better results roasting samples yourself in a style and to a degree that matches your preferences and setup.
How many samples can I order at once?
As many as you like.

We offer 100g green samples and 40g roasted samples.
